Ekkist are looking for a Associate Director/Project Manager to join our growing consultancy team!

Your role will be working on a portfolio of some of the UK’s first WELL-Registered projects across a diverse range of use classes. In addition, you will be helping to grow the Ekkist Advisory services offering and Ekkist R&D and thought leadership in design for well-being.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Managing WELL Certification Projects and advising on health and well-being in the built environment across a range of use classes
  • Presenting at conferences and events on health and well-being
  • Working on collaborations in line with the company vision
  • Supporting R&D and thought leadership initiatives


Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  • Project Management experience and experience of WELL Certification / BREEAM
  • WELL AP and/or BREEAM / RICS qualified


Salary Band and Benefits:

  • £40,000 – £60,000 (depending on experience) + great benefits, including generous annual leave and sabbatical policy
